Private Event Rental / 
Catering Packages

Restaurant Rental Fee:

$800/4-hour event (Sunday or Monday) / $1000/4-hour event (Friday or Saturday)

Price Includes: 

  • Full Use of Dining Room, Bar Area & Restrooms

  • Trash Removal

  • Two Servers/Table Service

  • 1-Hour Set Up and 1-Hour Clean Up time

Plated Catering Package ($27/per person):

The Plated Catering Package allows guests to experience the convenience of table service and a “sit-down” style meal. Hosts have the opportunity to customize the menu that guests will order from at the event. 


  • The Host may select (3) entree options for the custom menu. Guests may select (1) entree:

    • Fresh Prince (V-Fish)

    • Teddy P (V- Fried Chik’n)

    • Phyllis Hyman (2 Krab Cakes)

    • Beanie Mack (Cheeseburger)

    • Broad Street Bully (Cheesesteak)

    • Eve (Crispy Chik’n Po’Boy w/ Special Sauce)

    • *Fresh Prince, Teddy P & Phyllis Hyman each come with cornbread


  • The Host may select (3) side options for the custom menu. Guests may select (2) sides. 

    • Veggie Stir-Fry

    • Collard Greens

    • Cabbage

    • Go Vegan Mac

    • Asparagus

    • C-Food Salad

    • French Fries


  • The Host may select (1) Beverage Option (Bottled Water also included)

    • Fresh Pressed Lemonade (with optional Strawberry and Wildberry Mixers) 

    • OR

    • Bottled Iced Tea Variety




Appetizers available for additional cost:

Delfonics (Spring Rolls w/ Dipping Sauce)

Major Figgas (Mini Krab Cakes) 

South Street (Onion Rings)


Dessert available for additional cost:

Mini Banana Puddings


Bar Usage:

The bar may be utilized to serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, however alcoholic beverages cannot be SOLD. Go Vegan Philly does not supply bartender or bar supplies such as ice, cups, straws or bar napkins. 



You are welcome to decorate our venue to compliment your event. No open flame candles (with exception of birthday candles) or tacking/screwing into walls.  



A deposit of 50% is required to book your event/secure date. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 5 days prior to your event. The deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to your event. If cancelation of the event occurs by the host less than 14 days prior to the event, the deposit is forfeited. A cancelation initiated by the restaurant Owners will result in a refund of the deposit. Payments are accepted via cash, Cash App or credit card.
